Product Purchase and Delivery Information
Jub LLC accepts as payment any of the following: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. We do not accept personal checks or cash as payment for product purchases.
Products will be delivered to purchasers by USPS, typically within 7-10 days from when the order was placed.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are fully committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with our product within the first 60 days, simply return it for a full refund. We will even reimburse the return shipping costs. All that we ask is that you include a brief note explaining the reason behind your dissatisfaction. It is our goal to be constantly improving, so let us know how we can serve you better – we value your feedback. How to return a product:
- Login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
- Pack items safely for shipping
- All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Jub is not responsible for return items that are lost in the mail.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
