Shipping and Handling Charges
All orders for 3 or more products qualify for FREE shipping!
When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options chosen.
Shipping and Handling charges are determined strictly by the weight and destination of your order. Cost is based on quantity, weight of product and insurance if desired. If you chose to ship without insurance we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged orders.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs office.
Turn around time:
Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 72 hours depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Occasionally, orders do take longer if a product is placed on back order. If prompt delivery is a concern, please email us for product availability.
Order History, Order Status, and Reorder
It is very easy to find a history of all the orders that you’ve placed, or the status of a current order. Click on “My Account” and sign in if you have not already done so. Once you sign in you will see “My Orders” which is a list of the previous and current orders that you have placed, click on any one of them to see the details of that order. If an order has already been shipped, you can click “Tracking Number” for that order to find out what the current status is and when it is expected to be delivered.

When your order is received, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation. It will include the following information:

How to return a product:
- Login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
- Pack items safely for shipping
- All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Jub is not responsible for return items that are lost in the mail.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
