We ship within United States and Canada via United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Shipping outside of the United States and Canada will be determined by, and at the cost of, our customer.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Purchases And Returns
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please visit our website and enter your order number.

Yes! All of our products contain some organic ingredients. We are always looking to add as many organic ingredients to all our products as possible.
Yes! All of our lotions and Body butters are Paraben Free.
Yes, our products contain no animal derived ingredients.
We understand that animal testing is a key concern for a growing number of consumers and we can confidently state that all of our formulations are safety and efficacy tested on people. We uphold very strict guidelines through our regularly audited manufacturing partners that uphold the ‘no animal testing’ policy. We absolutely do not test our formulations on animals, however, that being said we can’t say that each and every ingredient that goes into them has not, at some point historically, been cleared for human use, by animal testing.
Our products are completely safe for you to continue using during pregnancy, but we do recommend that you consult with your doctor regarding our ingredients and your specific situation.

We will often include new product samples when we ship purchased items. Unfortunately we are unable to ship samples separately due to the volume of requests that we receive.

Yes! Jub gift cards are available in denominations from $5 to $50 and may be redeemed online. For fast delivery choose our E-Gift Card and a personalized gift card will be sent via email.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discoverh. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept PayPal or debit card payments.
